The Tribune Tower
The Tribune Tower might not be as famous as the Willis Tower, but we found quite a few interesting facts about it. The Tribune Tower has lots and lots of companies and things within. For example, the Tribune Tower is the home of the Chicago Tribune Newspaper and the Tribune Company, WGN Radio broadcasts there, and even CNN's Chicago Bureau is located in the building! The Tribune Tower is listed as a Chicago Landmark. It is also contributing property to the Michigan-Wacker Historic District. The proud architects of this tower were New York architects John Howells and Raymond Hood. The building, with its 36 floors, took two years to complete, from 1923 all the way to 1925.
